This puppy is of typical temperament and structure, and embodies the basic standards of the breed. The parents of this PUPPY have been examined by a licensed veterinarian and are in good health and deemed suitable to reproduce. The BREEDER has done everything possible to produce healthy sound puppies both by breeding only dogs (parents) that are in good health and by raising the puppies in the best way possible in regards to diet, exercise, socialization and veterinary care.

There are many factors that can influence growth and development, such as diet, exercise, weight gain, etc.. The BUYER assumes the responsibility to carry on with the appropriate vaccinations, exercise and feeding schedule, as supplied by the BREEDER. MOST PARTICULARLY, the BUYER agrees to keep the puppy at a healthy weight throughout it's normal growth period. The BREEDER can offer no further guarantees once the care of the puppy is no longer under their control.

The purchase price of this puppy will be refunded if the buyer furnishes the Seller with a veterinary certificate indicating that the puppy has a life threatening congenital defect, and returns the puppy to the seller within 72 hours of delivery and puppy is diagnosed by our veterinarian with the same diagnosis. Seller does not guarantee against communicable diseases beyond 72 hours of buyer receiving the puppy.

No veterinary or shipping cost will be reimbursed by seller.

We will guarantee the above puppy for One year from the date of birth against death caused by a genetic defect, or any genetic defect that would be life threatening to the dog.

The diagnosis must take place within the first One year for this claim to be valid. Accurate diagnosis of the life threatening genetic defect by a treating veterinarian, all documents and proof of the claim is to be sent Desert Bloom Spaniels within the first year. If the claim is for the death, we will need all documents from the treating veterinarian, a formal autopsy and a cause of death to be sent to Seller.

If all documents received and the claim occurred within the first year and it is valid, we will replace the pup with a pup of equal value and of the same gender, as pups are available, with the buyer being responsible for all transportation, veterinary and autopsy costs. If the dog being replaced is used for breeding during, prior or after, the claim will be void. Prior to replacement of the puppy, the original registration papers will be signed and returned to Seller if applicable.

Seller does not guarantee against avoidable disease caused by improper care or neglect by the buyer. The puppy is healthy at the time of sale. The puppy has had the immunization provided in the health record. Vaccinations must be kept current or the guarantee is void regarding said puppy. Seller does not guarantee that this puppy shall win in conformation/performance events. (if applicable)

Seller does not guarantee the size of the puppy’s adult weight. Said puppy needs to remain on the Nuvet Supplements and a breeder recommended food for no less than 12 months from the date of purchase. If Puppy is not continued on both of the above, the health guarantee will be voided.

This guarantee is void if the puppy/dog changes ownership without the consent of the seller. This puppy is being sold as a PET/COMPANION ONLY. Puppy must be spayed or neutered by the time it reaches 6 months old, at the buyers expense. This PUPPY is registered with a limited registration, which will prohibit breeding and registering offspring. (The BUYER agrees this PUPPY is to be spayed/neutered at the appropriate age, and veterinarian confirmation of this procedure must be supplied to the BREEDER.) Registration papers are marked with Limited Pet Class registration ONLY.

If puppy is not spayed/neutered by 6 months old this contract becomes null and void and all warranties and guarantees are void. No other warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, are made under this contract except as stated above.

Buyer agrees that if any time, and for any reason, he/she is unable to keep or properly care for the puppy, Seller has the first right of refusal.

The buyer agrees to maintain the puppy’s health with yearly vaccinations and care as specified by their veterinarian. Should the puppy become ill or unsound, any and all cost of treatment will be the responsibility of the buyer and not reimbursed by the Seller. The buyer acknowledges that no veterinary bill incurred by the buyer will be paid by the Seller throughout the puppy’s life.

The BUYER agrees to notify the BREEDER of any changes of address, during the PUPPY'S lifetime.

The Buyer agrees to provide a suitable fenced area for this puppy, and to take every precaution as to the well being of the puppy while in the BUYERS care and for the puppy’s lifetime.
